You can jump in the car to neighbouring beaches such as Shelly Beach, Toowoon Bay beach, the Entrance or head to Long Jetty for a coffee & shop at boutique stores or watch the sun set over the lake.
Shopping centres / malls:
* Erina Fair & Tuggerah Westfield are a 20min drive (in opposite directions) which are both great shopping centres with cinemas and plenty of stores.
* Bateau Bay Square is 2min drive which has the big 3, Coles, Woolworths and Aldi along with specialty stores.
Free off-street parking available.
Boat and van can park at the back garage
Also you can park two cars in the front garage and driveway.
Other things to note
We love our neighbours and hence no parties/no loud music allowed.
No smoking inside the house.
